Returns and Refunds
We really hope you love your We Are Wastd knitwear, however if you wish to return an item for an exchange or a refund, please follow the instructions below.
Our returns policy is 30 days from the date of delivery. Your knitwear must be unused and unworn and should be returned in its original packaging with tags intact and in a suitable condition to be resold or a refund cannot be issued.
We’re really sorry but any returns outside of this window will only be eligible for an exchange if the items are returned in the original condition with all tags in place up to 30 days after the purchase date.
Fill out the returns form included in your order or contact us at email@example.com or 0116 464 5190 with your order number to get a replacement returns form if you can't locate the one that was included in your order.
Before a refund can be considered your knitwear will undergo quality checks, to ensure they are new, unworn and unused.
We Are Wastd have the right to decline your refund request.
All returns or exchanges must be packaged securely and sent back to the address on the returns label provided on your returns form. Please ensure you request a proof of postage from your local Post Office when you are sending the goods back to us. We are unable to accept returns in person at our registered office. You should expect to receive your refund within 14 working days of us receiving the product back to the address below; however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
You must return the goods to us at your own cost unless the goods, when received, were notably faulty, in which case we will pay for the postage and send out a replacement.
